To reach Bangkok, it normally requires two to three connecting flights. Most routes to Bangkok run out of the major airports (LAX, DFW, DIA, etc.). Once you’ve reached one of these airports, you will fly to Osaka or Tokyo, which takes twelve to fourteen hours. The last flight from Osaka or Tokyo to Bangkok runs between four and six hours. Once in Bangkok, the city provides many transportation options, including boats, taxis, and of course, tuk-tuks.
